Business Services FAQs

Common questions from business owners about our website design, hosting, and marketing services.

What if I already have a website?

We take it over. Most of our new clients come to us with an existing website that's outdated, broken, slow, or just nobody-touches-it. We audit what's there, identify what's worth keeping, and either modernize it in place or rebuild it from scratch — whichever serves your business better. You won't have to rebuild from zero unless that's actually the right move.

What's the contract length? Am I locked in?

No long-term contracts. We believe in delivering results that speak for themselves — if we're doing our job, you'll want to stay. You can pause or cancel month-to-month services with reasonable notice. The work we've done for you is yours either way.

How much do business services cost?

Pricing depends on what you need. Basic website hosting & maintenance starts at $50/month. Full Business Hosting — which includes the design & build of a basic business website plus SEO tools, plugins, and ongoing updates — is $100/month. Domain registration runs $25/year. E-commerce or other complex builds (shopping cart, payments, inventory) can add up to $500 in one-time setup. Digital marketing services (Google Ads, YouTube ads, Facebook & Instagram ads, SEO campaigns) start at $500/month. Most clients run a bundle that fits their goals — we'll quote you the actual number after the consult, not before.

What industries do you work with?

We have the most experience with fitness trainers & gyms, salons & spas, dentists & medical practices, retailers, daycares, and food & beverage shops — but the underlying playbook (good website, local SEO, smart paid ads, consistent social) translates across almost any small business that serves a local customer base. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the consult and point you somewhere better.

Do you only work with Philadelphia-area businesses?

Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs are our home base — we work with local businesses by phone and video call, no in-person meetings required. The actual work (web design, SEO, ad management, reporting) happens remotely, so we also serve clients elsewhere — including a strong client base in Los Angeles. If you're outside the Philly region, we can still help.

How fast can you launch a new website?

A simple business website is typically live within 2–4 weeks from kickoff. More complex projects (e-commerce, custom integrations, large catalog) take 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start of the engagement, and we hit our deadlines.

Do I need to know any of the technical stuff?

No. That's our whole job. You don't need to know what a CMS is, what GA4 is, what SEO is, or what a Facebook Business Manager is. We handle all of it and translate the important parts into plain English on your monthly report. If you want to learn the technical side, we'll teach you — but you don't have to.

Will you take over my Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram?

Yes — we can take over the management of all your existing local business profiles (Google Business, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places) and your social media accounts. You stay the owner; we just handle the day-to-day posting, review responses, and updates. You can revoke access any time.

Do you run YouTube ads for businesses?

Yes. We build and manage YouTube ad campaigns end to end — audience and geographic targeting, placement control, and a live performance dashboard so you can see viewers, watch time, and reach any day of the week. We run video campaigns daily, so your campaign is managed by people who do this constantly, not once a quarter. Management starts at $500/month with a 30% management fee and no long-term contracts.

Do I need a professionally produced video to advertise on YouTube?

No. A brand video, a walkthrough, a customer testimonial, or even a well-shot phone video can be enough to start. Send us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it's ad-ready and how to get the most out of it. There's no setup burden on your side either — campaigns run through our managed ad accounts.

General FAQs

Common questions about working with Castella Media Group.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review your campaign selections carefully before completing your purchase. For more information, see Section 4 of our Terms of Service.

Can I cancel a campaign after it starts?

Once a campaign has launched, it cannot be cancelled. Our team begins working on your campaign immediately after activation, and the process cannot be reversed. If you have concerns about your campaign, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the number of videos quoted in your campaign for up to 3 months. Reach and view figures shared during campaign creation are estimates based on our network's historical averages — not guaranteed minimums. We do not guarantee organic outcomes such as engagement, follower growth, streams, or sales, as these depend on factors outside of our control like platform algorithms and audience behavior. For full details, see Section 15 of our Terms of Service.

What information do I need before creating a campaign?

For influencer campaigns, have your TikTok sound URL, Instagram sound link, or YouTube video link ready. For music video promotion, you'll need your YouTube video URL and a list of similar artists for targeting. The more details you provide about your ideal audience, the better we can target your campaign.

How do I contact you during my campaign?

You can reach us anytime via email or by calling/texting 1-888-447-9985. We also respond through our contact form. We're happy to provide updates on your campaign's progress at any time.

Influencer Music Promotion FAQs

Frequently asked questions pertaining to TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts music influencer services.

How does music promotion using short-form video influencers work?

Music promotion with short-form video influencers involves partnering with creators on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. These creators, who have a following and influence within specific niches, integrate your music into their engaging videos. When shared with their audience, these videos significantly increase your music's exposure, drive engagement, and can boost streams and sales. Here's how it generally works: You provide us with a track or selection of tracks you want to promote, along with any guidelines for the content. We then connect you with relevant influencers who will create and share a set number of videos featuring your music over an agreed-upon period. The success of your campaign largely depends on several factors: the quality and appeal of your music, the strategic targeting and messaging of the campaign, and the creativity and audience engagement generated by the influencer's content.

What strategies do you use to promote a sound on short-form video platforms?

To promote a sound across short-form video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, we use a combination of targeted influencer partnerships, trend leveraging, and content optimization. By aligning your music with influencers whose followers match your desired audience, we ensure your sound is integrated into engaging and relevant videos. This approach enhances visibility and encourages viral sharing across these dynamic platforms. With our service, you can submit your music to influencers who will create compelling content featuring your tracks.

Is song promotion the same as sound promotion on short-form video platforms?

Yes, on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, official songs are treated as "sounds" that users can readily incorporate into their videos. Each song typically has a specific sound link or audio option that anyone on the platform can use to create content. These official sounds are often monetizable, which means that the platforms can compensate artists and music distributors when their sounds are used in videos. This system allows for broader exposure and potential revenue generation for artists as their music gains engagement across the platform.

How do you choose the influencers for my campaign?

We carefully select creators for your campaign across various short-form video platforms. We handle the entire matching process, communication, and payments with participating influencers. Our primary method for selection is based on your song's unique style and genre. We identify creators who already incorporate or "vibe" with similar music in their existing content, ensuring an authentic and natural fit for your promotion. This targeted approach helps your music reach an audience that is genuinely receptive to your sound.

Can I hand-pick specific creators for my campaign?

Yes. Once your song is approved, your campaign dashboard features a roster of our Featured Creators — real members of our network you can book individually, in addition to (or instead of) a standard campaign package. Direct bookings include booking protection: if the creator doesn't post your song within 7 days, that booking is fully refunded. In standard packages, we handle the creator matching for you — hand-picking is a premium option for when you want a specific creator on your song.

What kind of influencers can I expect for my campaign?

Our influencer network spans across various short-form video platforms and consists of diverse creators in terms of ethnicities, genders, interests, and countries. They all actively post authentic, personal videos and maintain engaged profiles. We prioritize quality and authenticity, ensuring we do not work with accounts that primarily post memes, copyrighted materials, or spammy content. You can expect natural and genuine user-generated content for your campaigns, created by influencers with follower counts typically starting from 100+.

Are the influencers real people with real audiences?

Yes. Every creator in our network is a real person with a real, active account — we never use bots, view farms, or fake engagement of any kind. We vet each creator before they join our roster, and we don't work with accounts that primarily post memes, reposted clips, or spammy content. You'll see every account for yourself: each campaign video links directly to the creator's profile, so you can visit their page and browse their content.

Can I request creators to follow specific trends or use certain effects?

You can ask! With the Custom Instructions option, you can request trends, hashtags, dances, transitions, effects, or anything else you'd like, and we'll pass your instructions to the creators as part of the campaign brief. One honest note: our creators are independent — they choose the songs they take on and are not required to follow directions. Instructions work best as guidance rather than a script, and creators lean toward their own authentic style because that's what their audiences respond to.

Who are considered High Profile Creators?

We offer two tiers of High Profile Creators. The first tier includes influencers with 50K+ followers who typically get a minimum of 5K views per video. The second tier includes influencers with 500K+ followers who typically get a minimum of 40K views per video. Both tiers have stronger engagement and broader reach, making them ideal for higher-impact campaigns.

Can I mix different campaign types in one promotion?

Yes, you can combine different campaign types to reach a broader audience. For example, you might use a Standard Campaign for genre-targeted engagement and add a few High Profile Creators for extra visibility.

Can I focus the campaign by country?

We work with influencers residing all over the world. Targeting by country will require a custom campaign that is not offered by default on our website. Contact us for more info. Targeting your promotion campaign by countries will affect the total amount of videos. For example, it's much more expensive to use only USA influencers compared to Latin American countries. You're welcome to focus your campaigns on (in order of most expensive to least per video): USA Only; USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia; European Countries; South American Countries; African Countries; Asian Countries.

Can I focus my campaign by music genre?

Yes, but we automatically do this! We can target the campaign by: Any genre, Hip Hop / R&B, Top 40 / Pop, Alternative / Rock, EDM / Dance Music, Country Music.

What kind of videos can I expect?

We like to keep things simple for TikTok creators. In our Standard Campaigns, we typically ask them to vibe to the song for at least 15 seconds while doing what they naturally do--whether it's a "Get Ready With Me" video, spending time with kids, mini vlogs, outfit changes, or everyday routines. Their followers engage with them for their authentic content, so we encourage creators to stay in their niche while using your song. If you'd like creators to follow specific directions--such as using certain hashtags, performing a dance, or including specific transitions--that would fall under a Custom Instructions Campaign. With custom instructions, the cost per video is $30 (instead of the standard $15 per video) due to the added complexity. Please note: We do not allow inappropriate or overly sexual instructions, including requests for twerking. All campaigns must align with platform guidelines and maintain a respectful tone.

Do I get paid if someone uses my song on a short-form video platform?

Yes, generally, as long as the official sound of your song is used on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, you are eligible for royalties. These platforms typically pay royalties to the music distributor or artist for the usage of their sounds in videos. We ensure that official sounds are utilized in our promotion campaigns to help facilitate this potential revenue stream for artists through the broad engagement with their music.

Can I track the success of my TikTok music promotion campaign?

Yes, we provide reports with acquired videos, views, likes, comments, and more.

Will I see the accounts and links to every video posted in my campaign?

Yes. Your campaign report lists every video as it's posted, with a direct link to each one — so you can watch the videos, visit each creator's profile, and follow the views, likes, and comments as they come in. Nothing is hidden: every post in your campaign is one you can open and verify yourself.

Are influencer campaign views organic or from paid ads?

Organic. Views on influencer campaign videos come from the creators' own followers and each platform's organic discovery feeds (like TikTok's For You page) — we do not run paid ads behind influencer videos. That's also why the reach shown during campaign creation is an estimate based on our network's historical averages rather than a fixed ad buy: some videos overperform and some underperform, which is the nature of organic content. If you'd like paid advertising as well, that's available as a separate service.

Will creators use my official sound?

Yes. Creators use the exact official sound you provide when creating your campaign — the sound registered on the platform by your music distributor. This connects every campaign video directly to your song: the videos appear on your sound's page, count toward its video total, and keep you eligible for the royalties platforms pay on official sound usage.

Does my song need to be released before I start a campaign?

Yes. Campaign videos use your official sound, so your song must be released through a distributor and have its official sound live on the platform before the campaign can begin. If you're planning a campaign around an upcoming release date, mention it in your campaign request and we'll coordinate the timing with you.

How long do promotion campaigns last?

It may take us 1 to 6 weeks to reach the campaign goals. In some cases, it may take longer. It will depend on the appeal factor of the song. Our creators are not forced to create videos, so they will disregard offers from songs that they don't like or just doesn't fit their content. Even though the campaign may be over, the song may continually gain views and attention.

What's the minimum campaign budget?

At the moment, our minimum campaign budget is $75.

Are there any additional fees after I pay for my campaign?

No. Campaigns are one-time payments — the amount you pay at checkout is the total cost of your campaign. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or hidden fees. If you'd like to run another campaign or add budget later, that's always a new order you choose to place, never an automatic charge.

Are campaign videos permanent?

Yes, campaign videos are intended to be permanent in creators' profiles. However, it's important to note that there may be instances where a creator decides to delete the video featuring your song. In such cases, we offer a replacement option. If a campaign video is removed within 30 days of the campaign, we will promptly replace it with a different creator's video to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of your promotion.

If I run multiple campaigns for the same song, will I get the same influencers?

Not unless you specifically request it. You have the option to renew your campaign multiple times (we do not automatically renew campaigns), and for each new campaign, we will connect you with a fresh set of influencers to create videos featuring your song. We collaborate with thousands of creators across various short-form video platforms, ensuring a diverse reach for your music with each new promotion.

Is there a case study available?

We ran a case study in 2023 on our sound. You can read more at TikTok Sound Promotion Case Study.

Is this service only for the music industry?

No, Castella Media Group offers comprehensive digital marketing services for both musicians and businesses of all sizes. While our influencer marketing services (including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts promotion) are exclusively dedicated to the music industry, our expertise extends to a full range of business web services such as website development, SEO, PPC marketing, and social media management for various brands and companies. We specialize in tailoring our strategies to meet the unique needs of both artists and businesses.

How many short-form video music influencers do you work with?

We collaborate with thousands of music influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Our network is continually expanding daily, allowing us to match your music with the perfect creators who can amplify your presence and engage audiences effectively.

Are the influencers pictured on the website real?

Yes, the individuals featured on our website are indeed real influencers from our network, and they've given us permission to use their images. They regularly participate in various campaigns, but their appearance on the site doesn't guarantee their involvement in your specific promotion.

Can I become a paid TikTok influencer?

We're always looking for new influencers to work with. You can learn more here.

What happens if creators don't like my song?

Our creators are not forced to participate — they choose songs they genuinely connect with. If a creator passes on your song, we continue distributing it to others in our network until we reach your campaign goals. The appeal of the song can affect how quickly the campaign fills, which is why some campaigns take longer than others.

Can I see the videos before they go live?

Our campaigns are designed for authenticity and speed — creators post directly to their profiles. We do not offer pre-approval of videos before they go live. However, if you use the Custom Instructions option, creators will follow your specified direction. If a video does not meet guidelines, we will have it replaced.

Can I contact or hire influencers from my campaign directly?

No. Clients may not directly contact, solicit, or hire any influencer or creator introduced through our services. This applies during and for 12 months after your campaign. For full details, please review Section 13 of our Terms of Service.

Music Video Promotion FAQs

Frequently asked questions pertaining to music video promotion services.

Why is Castella Media the best music video promotion company?

Castella Media Group is the best music video promotion company due to our hyper-precise targeting capabilities. We understand that not all views are created equal, so we focus on reaching specific audiences that align with your music genre. By utilizing advanced analytics and tailored promotion strategies across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, we ensure your music video is seen by those most likely to engage with it. This targeted approach maximizes your video's impact, leading to increased views, engagement, and ultimately, growth in your music career.

How do you get views on YouTube?

Primarily, our YouTube views come from targeted advertising through Google Ads. We also leverage Facebook and Instagram ads, as well as other advertising networks, to drive viewers to your video. This multi-platform approach ensures that your content reaches a wider audience, increasing engagement and visibility.

Do you do music video submissions to MTV, BET, etc?

No, we strictly focus on the digital advertising aspect of music promotion. We do not distribute music videos to TV networks. Our expertise lies in using digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement for your music content.

What countries will my music video ads be shown in?

Our campaigns are primarily targeted to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom, with the most focus typically on the United States. This strategic targeting helps ensure that your music reaches the right audience for maximum engagement.

How are the campaigns billed?

You can create a campaign with a one-time payment. There are no renewals, and the budget you set is the maximum amount you'll spend. If you wish, you can add more budget later without any extra fees.

My music video has graphic content. Can it still be promoted?

Google Ads has strict guidelines regarding graphic content in music videos. If your video contains such content, it may be marked as "Shocking Content," making it ineligible for promotion through Google Ads. However, we can still promote your video through other advertising networks if necessary. We prefer to use Google Ads for its effectiveness, so if you're unsure whether your content is too graphic, please feel free to email us first for guidance.

What's the process with Facebook / Instagram ads?

The process for running music video ads on Facebook and Instagram involves us trimming a short portion of the music video to use as an ad. The music artist needs to have a Meta Business Page set up for their artist profile and grant us partner access so we can create ads on their behalf. This approach is more effective than using our own page, as it drives traffic directly to the artist's profile, helping to enhance visibility and engagement with their content.

What's the difference between views and engagement?

Views are simply the number of times your video has been watched. Engagement includes meaningful interactions — likes, comments, shares, subscribers, and playlist additions. We prioritize engagement because it signals real interest in your music and leads to long-term organic growth. A video with 1,000 engaged viewers is far more valuable than one with 10,000 passive views.

Can I promote a lyric video or visualizer?

Yes, you can promote any video content on YouTube — official music videos, lyric videos, visualizers, or any other video format. As long as it's hosted on YouTube, we can run a targeted campaign for it.

Can I add more budget to an existing campaign?

Yes, you can add more budget to a running campaign at any time without any extra fees. Simply create a new campaign order for the same video, and we'll extend your existing campaign. There are no automatic renewals — you're always in control of your budget.
