A 24-Hour Emergency Home for Children, With 35+ Years of Experience Behind It
Love 2 Care Inc. is a licensed emergency home for children located in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, with operations now extending across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Operating under PA Code 55 3800, this full-service residential facility provides a safe, loving, and structured environment for children from birth through age 17 — accommodating up to 30 children at a time at the Upper Darby home.
Crucially, the organization specializes in keeping sibling groups together — offering a much-needed alternative to traditional foster placements that may not have the space to care for multiple children from the same family. In an emergency placement system that can scatter siblings across multiple homes, Love 2 Care exists to keep brothers and sisters in the same place during one of the most disruptive moments of their lives.

Founded and led by Tashua Adens, Love 2 Care is built on compassion, experience, and a deeply personal mission to provide children with a nurturing, family-like atmosphere. The facility is fully equipped for 24/7 care, featuring a nursery, themed bedrooms, learning spaces, playrooms, outdoor playgrounds, and safety systems throughout. The team of trained professionals is committed to supporting the health, safety, emotional well-being, and developmental needs of every child they serve.
Services include medical evaluations, daily care routines, trauma-informed support, educational guidance, supervised visits, and the day-to-day work of keeping a household of children safe and seen.
Now Recruiting Resource Families Across PA, NJ, and DE
Love 2 Care is actively expanding the network of foster homes available to children in their care. The organization is recruiting resource families across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware — families willing to open their homes to children who need a safe place, even if just temporarily.
If you’ve ever considered fostering, Love 2 Care holds regular orientations for prospective foster parents and resource families. The next orientation is scheduled for May 2026.
